We will deliver a roll of 52 refuse sacks per household, This supply is intended to last until the next distribution in a year’s time. We will not issue any further sacks but additional refuse will be collected if presented for collection in suitable refuse sacks provided by householders.
The sacks will be accompanied by a yearly collection calendar. They include dates for Bank Holiday collections as some are scheduled earlier than normal. We have also added a recycling guide and waste reduction tips to help all lessen their impact on the environment.
Please check when to expect deliveries in different areas and what the cut-off dates are for reporting non-delivery. Residents can contact us from the week after their scheduled delivery. Provided a non-delivery report is approved, we will deliver sacks within 10 working days from the day of the report.
